EYLAN RESTAURANT

NOW OPEN

Eylan, from Chef Srijith Gopinathan and restaurateur Ayesha Thapar, the duo behind beloved Bay Area restaurants Copra, Ettan, and Little Blue Door, brings a bold, global interpretation of Indian cuisine to the Villa Menlo Park in January 2025 – reservations now open.

Eylan’s bright and eclectic space will be home to a seasonally driven menu centered around the restaurant’s wood-fired grill, with thoughtfully sourced produce and a variety of proteins cooked over the embers and served alongside clever riffs on traditional breads from India. Beverage options will include a thoughtfully curated wine list, as well as a selection of sophisticated cocktails crafted to complement the bold flavors from the kitchen.
