Sartoria Studio is the first Manhattan retailer to carry the Brooklyn-based designer’s fine jewelry collection. Burkindy is an award-winning jewelry designer based in Brooklyn, New York. The name Burkindy is inspired by his homeland of Burkina Faso, West Africa. The designs are unmistakably connected with his heritage, and he also finds himself responding to and attempting to mimic the beauty and forms found in nature, plants, and animals.
