Meet Some of the Most Creative Minds in Watchmaking at the WatchTime New York Luxury Event, October 21-23

The WatchTime New York luxury watch show and collector event will return to Gotham Hall from October 21-23, offering a rare chance for avid watch lovers to interact with the world’s most creative watchmakers. WatchTime New York anchors the unofficial “WatchTime Week,” and has inspired countless spin-off events. Riding this momentum, this year the WatchTime team has aligned dates with Windup Watch Fair, and together, the two events are set to draw over 90 watch brands and countless global collectors to Manhattan this October.

Some of the greatest creative minds in watchmaking today are expected to attend. Horological innovator Max Büsser of MB&F is slated to make his first-ever WatchTime New York appearance. Legendary watchmaker Kari Voutilainen will make a welcome return, along with William Massena of Massena Lab. These vanguards and more are among those helping to fuel a new renaissance in high-end watchmaking, with record sales and years-long waitlists for their most sought-after models.

WatchTime New York’s stature as the most important North American watch event of its kind testifies to collector appetite to discover creative minds and indie brands beyond the beaten path. The show has always succeeded in delivering hands-on experiences with exhibiting brands, this year numbering 32 thus far.

For collectors in attendance, having a star watchmaker personally demonstrate the inner workings of their timepiece creations is like having a private concert from a music idol. Those magical, unforgettable one-on-one moments keep WatchTime New York show attendees returning year over year.

Back again with an expanded 3-day line-up, this year WatchTime New York also expands its show footprint, and for the first time will open the spectacular Gotham Hall mezzanine to host A. Lange & Söhne, a watchmaker exhibition and demonstration space, and an upscale lounge.

Just over a month out from the show, the Friday night VIP cocktail event is almost completely sold out. Single-day tickets are available at watchtimeevents.com.
