LORIS DIRAN Returns to NYC Retail with New SARTORIA STUDIO Partnership

Share

New York (April 28, 2023) – Downtown New York City men’s outfitter Sartoria Studio announces a new partnership with fashion designer Loris Diran. Sartoria Studio is the first U.S. retailer to carry the fashion designer’s exclusive new accessory collection, leading with a new range of “OXIDIZED” cashmere scarves. As Manhattan’s haberdashery of choice for edgy styling and a precision made-to-measure fit, Sartoria Studio has also fast become the outfitter of choice for curated designer accessories – including LORIS DIRAN’s 2023 Pre-Fall Offering.

Designer Loris Diran: “I’ve always been interested in exploring the dialogue between sartorial and streetwear. The first time I entered Sartoria Studio, I realized just how well this old-world meets downtown concept store aligns with my design sensibility. Sartoria Studio makes the ideal stage to reintroduce my eponymous collection to the U.S. market and drop my first 2023 Per-Fall offering: the new LORIS DIRAN ‘OXIDIZED’ cashmere collection.”

In collaboration with an artisanal knitwear workshop based in Nepal, Diran dives into new and innovative washes and over-dye techniques for the Sartoria Studio ‘OXIDIZED’ cashmere collection. Each sumptuous yet rustic knit scarf is created in exceptionally soft fibers ethically harvested from the Himalayan goats of the high mountainous regions. Measuring 40”x80”, these 3 ply knits exhibit a heathered texture and are available in rich bi-color combinations such as Patina/Rust, Concrete/Taupe, and Brick/Earth. No two Shawls are identical, as they are created individually, ensuring that each Sartoria Studio customer will enjoy a truly unique piece of the LORIS DIRAN collection.

Sartoria Studio Founder and CEO Jack Menashe: “Sartoria Studio is proud to bring the world’s finest clothing and accessories to our customers, sourced from world-leading designers and clothiers. Our store is proud to be New York City’s exclusive home of LORIS DIRAN, starting with these new ‘OXIDIZED’ cashmere scarves.”

Loris Diran’s new “Oxidized” cashmere scarf collection is now available for sale at the Soho style lab, joining an artfully curated collection of exclusive accessories, sample garments, premium ready-to-wear clothing, collectibles, and fine art.

Sartoria Studio is located at 65-69 West Houston Street at the corner of Wooster Street and welcomes clients seven days a week by walk-in or private appointment.
